They will take away customers from SK who have no status and want a free checked bag. For them, ASR is not free, sure, if they go MX they won't rebook you, and you may have trouble getting EU 261. I guess they won't compensation for breaking your checked bags either. None of these will make a leisure traveller paying more and get a Go Light ticket with SK.

Some people actually prefer buying premium seats from LCC - it works out cheaper than FS airline.
