Do we think it will be a morning dump along with the blogs? A bit anxious to sleep not knowing if I will survive the red wedding.

If we are speculating, I would definitely welcome status and MM accrual from reward bookings if points are earned solely from airline and cc spend, then this could make sense

Does anyone know how Aeroplan sends out their e mail blasts? i.e. alpha, AP number, status, etc? We're all on the edge of our seats here
, just wondering if I should check Mrs W's e mail before mine. Could be a restless night. Who will be the first to post? (Memo to self - get a life!).

If the announcement is tomorrow, you can bet the bloggers have all had the info for a while and have their articles ready to go the instant the embargo is lifted, which will presumably be about the same time AC puts it on the website.

I will be interested to see how quickly a certain bovine will update his PNR viewer after the changes are announced.
I expect it be immediate but I could be completely wrong.

As I have said before, I am impressed by the discipline of those with advance knowledge who delay gratification to get the scoop next time.

Assuming the announcement is tomorrow morning, the chance of any cowtool being updated before Saturday is quite low.
That being said, it will obviously be a priority.

No one who shared info with me that led to this thread being created is in that position, and I'm certainly not.

Moderator note: as the changes have now been announced and are covered in a new thread, time to close this one.
