I've had a stay booked for January... looks like I might be one of the first guests at this rate

May I ask if your concierge ever responded to you? I'm in the same boat. Went ahead and booked the 2-queen room for 2 people thinking I could just ask via chat for them to update the occupancy as it clearly states max of 4 on the website room description. The chat rep said the system was only allowing 3 people in the 2 queen room.

I have two rooms for a couple of days in the week before Xmas. No idea if I should be hopeful of actually being able to stay. I booked the Pedregal as a backup. Unfortunately, the cancelation is by mid Sept. and I will need to make a decision. Those construction photos are not promising.

I am fully expecting a cancellation here for a mid-October stay. Pretty specific question, but I had a suite and if they offer to walk to Cape Thompson, have they offered similar accommodations? I saw one person say they offered a nightly rate of $300. That plus some points would be ok, not ideal, but palatable.

Similar situation here. Check in date is 12/20 with 90-day cancelation. I wonder if, given the circumstances, they would consider changing the window to 30 or 60 days as it gets closer to the mid-Sept deadline.

I'm checking in 12/20 as well. Hopefully it'll work out!

I booked my stay at PH Los Cabos for February 2026 between 19 to 23 but wanted to extend the stay by arriving 1 day earlier. Surprisingly the whole week from Feb 13 to 21 is all sold out. No cash rate rooms, no award rooms at all, nothing available. What could be the reason the whole property is sold out completely (or blocked)? I called the customer service but failed to get any more details. Should I be worried?

Likely just a busy week. Much of the US has a 3 day weekend for Presidents Day on 2/16.

My understanding is theyre likely to miss their deadline for opening so they may be holding off on new reservations.

Weeks on either side are available, hence my suggestion that it's likely just a busy week due to Valentine's day & Presidents day. Could also be an even that booked it out.

The third photo is actually the Soho House, which is not part of the Park Hyatt. That is the only part that looks kind of bare. Hopefully, October 15th is still on track.

This is the photo from the above post.

For whatever it is worth, my Hyatt concierge still shows October 6th tentatively. With that said, if they are going to move it again, anyone recall how close they let things get the last time they pushed it?

Now showing Oct 15th for direct bookings. At least a good sign if they are only pushing back a week at this point.
