It really depends on the FAA for BKA. The plans I saw don’t see the certification coming prior to Q4.
From a product PoV, the interiors should be the same as the 787-10 but for an improved PRM solution for Club. I would’ve hoped for Bluetooth connectivity but I don’t think it’s going to come. Which is a massive shame.

Are we getting a 787-9 chat area for Club Suites or combining it here?

Anyone seen a revised 789 seat map yet?

I'd suggest we place G-ZBKA in the Wiki above to just recognise it has gone to CWL, given we don't have a B789 CS Aerolopa seat map. However, as almost the entire B788 fleet will be done by the time G-ZBKA comes back, I think we start a new thread once we have seat maps and G-ZBKA is ready to re-join service as the overlap between B788 and B789 refits will be minimal.

RyanLee81 - do we have the internal codes for the B789 fleet defied yet? i.e. the CS B788 is B78E, what is the CW and CS equivalent for the B787-9 program?

Given we have a CS seat map, I've created a specific B787-9 thread B787-9 Club Suite Refurb.

I believe you're chewing over Prospero's guesswork LOPA from a couple of years ago - not anything official. It's probably not a very useful exercise.

I've noticed a 788 is on a Las Vegas rotation next summer, on occasional days alongside the 350.

I'll get flamed for this, but I was disappointed with the 350 experience last year so I'm delighted to try the 788, seeing as all the sub fleet should have CS by then.

Any ideas on when the next 788 will go for refurb? ZBJI is supposed to be done by next month, but it hasnt gone in yet. So looks like things are delayed a bit now…

I'm just probably too used to the 777. I do like the 787, and never experienced the "cheap" (my opinion) build quality of the 350.
What you're used to is the absolute cacophony of noise that the 777 makes. It's just a lot noisier. The 350 is, in the cabin, the quietest aircraft in the fleet, better even than the 380. That's great in terms of headache-reductions, but you do hear people snoring a lot more, or odd ambient noise.

BJI's got a Delhi and back tomorrow, so I don't think much will happen until end of the week at the very earliest.
