Correct, and I expect that they will not be converted to QSuites, either. (As an aside, I like the business class seating in the 380 much more than QSuites. While there is no door to close, and thus less privacy, I find the seats, themselves, much more comfortable. This is the generation of business class seating that was in the first deliveries of 350 series aircraft delivered to QR.)

Yes, it is. Just curious, -- booked through QRPC or BAEC?

My understanding is that any Vueling flight booked through Vueling.com will not earn any Qpoints with Qatar but only Avios which can be transferred from Iberia -> BA -> Qatar Airways account. Is that correct?

If so is it a case of ringing the call bell and asking for what I want from the menu? I just dont want to appear arrogant by asking for something that isnt the norm what they offer (and I admit I hate ringing the call bell as it feels very demanding :-))

Also I feel I need to experence the bar on board - novalty factor and all that!! Again I assume I can just head there any point during the flight?
The only addition I have to this is that they may ask you what you do want to eat, so that they can reserve it for you for when you do want it - that of course assumes that the pre-order doesn't work, which it generally does ex-DOH.

I am traveling from HYD-DOH-DFW in July. I have HYD-DOH in economy and DOH-DFW in business - how can I request upgrade first leg, HYD-DOH using avios or $? is this allowed?

Booked the full ticket using Avios on Qatar website
HYD-DOH is on Indigo
DOH-DFW is on Qatar

I just chatted with Qatar through live chat and he told me award tickets are not eligible for cabin upgrade.

If Indigo will sell you an upgrade at the airport is probably your only option. Operating carrier's policies will be the ones youl have to focus on. But yes, award tickets would not be upgradable for avios, unless you can' find J availability for the whole route, cancel and rebook (with all of the risk of loosing the ticket that carries)

Does Indigo even offer a business product on this route? I thought business was only available on certain domestic segments.

The route is operated by leased 737-8 which has a J cabin, but whether it is sold as J I don't know.

That's correct. If purchased through Vueling you need to credit avios to their FF program Vueling club, transfer to BA and then to Qatar.

Does a AA marketed flight operated by Aer Lingus get you miles on Privilege club (booking class I and D - all AA marketed) ?
I am not sure as EI is not part of Oneworld ?

I have a AA marketed itininerary operated by AA/EI/BA next week and need to create an account at one of the oneworld program. I was thinking about Privilege club to transfer miles to Accor but it seems a bad idea if I can not credit all flights.
Being based in europe, I think I will end up with IB or FI ?
Any advice ?

Yes, the only exception is BA which gives tier points for EI, but they butchered their FF so it is of no use

Is anyone have any experience interlining with QR? My first flight QR1124 DOH-MCT, then second leg on the next day EY695 (MCT-AUH). Is that possible QR will help to interline my luggage?
