New for April

On the ground.
The changes involve eliminating boarding groups 7, 8, and 9. Euro Traveller customers will be reassigned to groups 4 and 5, while World Traveller customers will be moved to groups 4 through 6. Priority groups
0–3 will remain unchanged. Our recorded boarding announcements will be updated to reflect these adjustments, although current signage displaying the 9-group system will remain in place at all stations.

In the lounge.
From Good Friday to Easter Sunday, our lounges will feature beautiful Easter floral arrangements, including spring favourites such as daffodils, primroses, and blossoms. Customers can enjoy hand-decorated shortbread egg biscuits and indulge in our Easter-themed cocktails, such as the non-alcoholic Spring Collins and the alcoholic Peach Blossom Negroni. In the Concorde Room, a traditional main course of roast leg of lamb will be served exclusively on Easter Sunday. Additionally, Harry Spectors will offer a chocolate personalisation experience, and Biscuiteers will be creating personalised hand piped biscuits for customers in First.

The boarding groups make sense, since they boarded groups in 3's anyway.

Hey Zaphod424,
Recommend using your Joo Janta 200 Super-Chromatic Peril Sensitive Sunglasses when subjected to a BA experience not entirely unlike tea:

Also a new Session IPA from Seven Brothers available to purchase in ET. As often seems to be the case, only two were loaded though!

It would be nice to find out that the British Airways Club has been the most elaborate April Fools Day joke of all time

Thanks for the updates. Is this the first New for since last year?

It seems outside of the sensible decision to remove groups 6-26 for boarding, (Come on! Who really sat/stood at a gate and went wait, were group 9, we need to wait for that to be calleddid they just announce 8?! Ok, were next!!), Aprils new for, are just for Easter and nothing beyond that weekend? Or will the meal choices stick?

Now I understand why yesterday boarding announcement at LHR said that anyone with no group on boarding pass should board with group 5, instead of the usual 9.

9 was always a little ridiculous, especially on the narrowbodies. Glad they're getting rid of that.

British Airways' marketing department really needs to cut down on the adjectives.

Apart from being poor writing style, in this case they are repetitive and redundant. Everything is beautiful, delicious, rich, indulgent, delightful... when such flowery adjectives are used to describe something - in this case, an airline meal - that is almost inevitably going to be mediocre, they are almost guaranteeing customer disappointment.
