Ryanair prime
Announced today:
Ryanair has introduced a subscription which provides access to sales, free seats selection (selected seats) and travel insurance (when traveling on a Ryanair Group airline). Total cost is €79 p/y
Link: https://www.ryanair.com/ie/en/lp/explore/membership
Personally I don't quite see the value in it myself as (for example) the travel insurance won't be valid when flying other airlines and for the routes I tend to take easyJet is the only option so makes more sense for me to have easyJet plus.

I haven't received the offer ... but 79 euro for 12 free seats sounds reasonable to me ...

sounds like the seat rows allocated to Prime won't be very attractive!
A Member may reserve up to 12 free seats for the Member and 12 free seats for their Ryanair Prime Companion in designated rows on specific flights at no additional cost, subject to availability. See rules for reserved seating. There is no guarantee that a Member and their Ryanair Prime Companion will be able to select seats together. Where designated seats are available for Members and/or Ryanair Prime Companions, they must select seats from those designated seats and random seat allocation will not be available.Where no Ryanair Prime designated seats are available, Members and Ryanair Prime Companions will be subject to random allocation.

I fly Ryanair but I can't really trust the Prime offer. They don't specify anywhere on their site where in the plane the free rows will be or how many free rows per flight there will be. They state that once the free rows for a flight are gone, you are back to random seat allocation or you have to pay for a seat anyway.

and then find out which routes have the highest number of Prime members flying regularly - and therefore the lowest chance of getting a "free" seat

some number crunching from Raffles and some interesting comments from HfP readers
safe to say that Raffles is not a buyer of Ryanair Prime!

I'm a regular Ryanair user and I doubt I'll be doing this for reasons that nobody has mentioned yet.
For example, I'm about to book a one-way flight from Brussels Charleroi to Poznan. The base price for the day I want to travel is 14.99 EUR.
For 28.50 EUR there is a package of extras - reserved seat, priority boarding, 10kg larger bag in the locker. I always take this package, it makes everything a nicer experience and removes the things that would cause me stress. (I know some people don't want to give Ryanair a penny/cent more than they have to, they're entitled to that point of view but I don't share it.)
If Ryanair Prime includes a free reserved seat (& that seat is a reasonable one) then that makes this package of extras less attractive.
If I would not take it then I'd still need to pay for priority boarding and the 10kg locker bag. This would either be separately (I don't know how much that is or if it's even possible) or still pay the 28.50EUR and effectively pay twice for a reserved seat.
If I still have to buy this package in order to get priority boarding and the larger bag then that effectively removes the reserved seat as one of benefits of Ryanair Prime.
