Miles&More award business class booking SCAM!!!

Those continental flights are now showing availabily in business, as they fixed the problem for the online bookings last wednesday, 19 FEB, in the morning CET. After submiting a claim to the management and since then it seems the problem is, for now, solved. As you booked the ticket on 17 FEB you have now to fix this problem by calling them and we never know the skills of the call center agents...

Happy you solved your issue.
Here in italy they answer from Brno and I they even refuse to transfer me to a supervisor.
They just replied me after I filled the contact form: they cannot assist me for data
protection reasons. Guess they don’t know how to pick the phone up and call a customer affected by their own mistake
this getting more than ridiculous now
