The suite was a bit sparsely furnished and the living room furnishings were not particular comfortable or useful. View is of Yerba Buena and the St. Regis. Breakfast here is great and staff are super friendly and helpful. They seem to really be making an effort to encourage return stays, and it's certainly working with me.

Comments: this hotel is stingy with upgrades. They do not have any suites, as far as I know, and the largest rooms are grande deluxe rooms. Was available online when I checked in, but receptionist claimed they did not have any available. The regular (entry level) deluxe rooms are spacious and large, the difference is that the grande deluxe offer a few square metres extra, and have two extra chairs. The bar/restaurant is pretty dull, but the main selling point for this hotel its it's location. Right in the middle of the action. Would definetely stay here again!
