Comments: Informed of upgrade with warm welcome by Marriott staff member. Note that the executive rooms have (more quiet/preferred) central HVAC systems (like higher end hotels) vs. under window packaged units. Included breakfast buffet with beverages was well-varied & very good. Hotel is in excellent condition and all staff members were quite attentive. Great value in NYC (under $200/night).
