GS Challenge Progress Missing mystatus Page

Has anyone else noticed that their progress towards the 2024 GS challenge is missing from the mystatus.united.com page? Mine was there up until two or three days ago but when I logged in today its nowhere to be found.

Update: Weird. Logged into the page from a different browser and its back.

Im currently at 14891 PQP on UA metal since Jan 31. Before my recent RT LHR-SJO (via EWR) my tracker was showing around 11600, and now its showing 11937. I can find no rhyme or reason as to what segments are adding up to this number. All my other flights showed up in the tracker quite quickly.

The only catch is my recent trip (booked through corporate Amex travel) was a bulk ticket. I can find nothing in the T&C about why bulk tickets wouldnt count toward this challenge.

Any ideas? Should I write GS or MPSC?

I have another $9k booked within the 120 day window (not bulk) so will make it either way but would ideally like to have GS again before the last of the trips.

BULK tickets do not count for standard Status Challenges either. They have no price associated with them and UA does not know what AMEX charged you. BULK ticket don't earn PQPs by the normal fare based approach for these same reasons. These BULK ticket issues go back to the PQD days.

PQP earned for the base fare and carrier-imposed surcharges count toward this offer.
BULK fares do not work that way

Yes they earn mileage based PQPs, just like a partner BUT not fare based PQP which is what the challenge refers to.

When UA does not know the fare it uses a mileage / fare class formula to generate a PQP earning. Most commonly this is for partner tickets not on 016 ticket but it does apply to UA operated segment using BULK fares

Yes I would think so -- from UA's perspective you didn't bring them any new revenue -- you just bought what they had already sold / allocated to AMEX...

Look for
PQP earned for the base fare and carrier-imposed surcharges count toward this offer.
This excluded BULK fares as there is no base fare.

But nothing prevents you from trying. Just don't be surprized if it is a no.

Happy about qualifying for GS last year, time to plan how to re-qualify for 2025... I had a newbie question: Does spend (PQP) have to be on UA itself, or as long as it's on 016 stock, will United Express, LH, etc, count as well?

Evidence seems extremely strong that only UA/UX-operated flights count towards GS qualification, and that ticket stock isn't relevant.

residual flight credit towards GS challenge? (Can't see pqp / pqf)

If I booked a ticket with partly $ and partly residual flight credit, will I get the pqp, pqf, and will it go towards my GS challenge?
On the reservation it shows ineligble for pqp and 0 miles earned?

Thank you

Should show as PQDs and PQFs. Needs more ticket details. All UA flights? I assume you're talking about a Future Flight Credit (FFC?)
