Hotel Indigo London K West Shepherds Bush to open in 2025
IHG Hotels & Resorts has announced a new signing in London, UK, for its boutique brand Hotel Indigo.
Hotel Indigo London K West Shepherds Bush will be one of the brand’s flagship London properties.
Due to open in Spring 2025, Hotel Indigo London K West Shepherds Bush will be the sixth Hotel Indigo in London. With 252 bedrooms, the property will undergo a significant refurbishment and will feature a distinctive new design with a restaurant and bar – the true hub of the hotel – plus a boutique spa with hydrotherapy pool and state-of-the-art business facilities and function rooms.

Indigo Palau to open at the end of 2024
IHG Hotels & Resorts has signed a management agreement with Palau Coral Club, to open Hotel Indigo Palau at the end of 2024.
Hotel Indigo Palau will be located on Malakal Island
It will feature approximately 200 guest rooms, an all-day dining Neighbourhood Caf and separate restaurant, a sunset bar by the pool, meeting rooms for 60 people, a resort centre, swimming pool, spa and gymnasium,.

That would be a given. Just for folks who didn't hear, the construction site went up in flames Thu night (HKG time) around 11:00pm and at this stage the damage to structure and all is not known. Apparently it took HKG Fire Department till 8:30am in the morning to extinguish the fire. To be seen.

voco Dubai The Palm, now open
The 138-room voco Dubai The Palm is located on the shores of Palm Jumeirahs West Beach, offering guests direct access to the West Beach Promenade, and hotels private beach.
The rooftop pool has a Mediterranean lounge bar, Frenia. Set to open in early April, Frenia, will transform the rooftop as the sun sets.
The hotels all-day dining venue Maison Mathis opens this month. The restaurant is inspired by European cuisine with a special focus on Belgian food.
The hotel has also a 24-hour fitness centre and meeting rooms.

Well, this is surprising... the classic/dated Crowne Plaza Dubai on Sheikh Zayed Road has left IHG and is now Millennium Plaza Downtown Dubai. The property and corresponding apartments are no longer listed on IHG's platforms, and a separate website has now come online at the attached link.

First Regent announced for the Americas: Regent Santa Monica Beach is opening in late 2023. Seeing as it is owned by Strategic Hotels & Resorts and is a conversion project, this will be a rebranding of the former Loews.
