That would be a given. Just for folks who didn't hear, the construction site went up in flames Thu night (HKG time) around 11:00pm and at this stage the damage to structure and all is not known. Apparently it took HKG Fire Department till 8:30am in the morning to extinguish the fire. To be seen.
