I flew with Ethiopian more than 2 weeks ago and I still haven't received my miles credit on Miles and More (LH) account. I tried to manually add them but I am told I am not on the passengers list. Anyone with similar experience? What is the best way to fix this?

Thank you. I did that 8 days ago and I haven't heard anything back yet. Probably need more time to be processed. But not really straight forward for code shared flights, right?

Actually more complicated since booking classes don't match. ET has some nasty ones that don't earn - A, F, N, P, R. Was it on a LH-group ticket?

This was indeed a P class ticket and they eventually responded that it did not qualify for miles. While I should have known, it's still very weird that a business ticket would not earn you miles but an economy one would...

TK Z credits to Miles&More (150% of distance for long haul flights, 1250 miles European, 1000 miles domestic). Pay attention that you only get 25% of those as status miles.

8 days ago, I flew Ethiopian BKK-HKG return in C, which should yield me 80 points which would make me earn FTL status.

The flights still didn't credit, but a TG eco flight to HKT I took 3 days ago, did credit.

I assume something is going wrong? My LH n� was displayed on the boardingpasses and Im not a member of any other *A program.

I've tried to file a retroactive credit request, but the M&M app keeps giving "A technical error occured" when using the "import photo" function.

When I use the "Form" function to add all the information manually, I notice my eticket number (starting with 71) is one digit too long for the M&M app to accept it....

Is there any way to get this issue fixed and the miles credited? I have some upcoming intra EU Y flights upcoming and I was actually counting on having acces to the SN/LH lounges.

Ate you sure that the booking class was C? C will be a very expensive booking class for ET.

If this was some kind of discounted business class fare, the booking class is not C and LH may not give miles for the actual booking class used by ET. What does the e-ticket for ET state about booking class?

Fare class doesn't matter. M&M website states "You’ll earn Points on all flights operated by Ethiopian Airlines."

To OP, there is a second non-automated option, a bit hidden, in the retroactive credit request on M&M website, where you can add a message and attachment. Don't expect them to react anytime soon though, easily takes 6 weeks or more now.

It doesn't matter as to whether the tickets earns miles. Neither does it matter for Points.

For the amount of miles, yes the flight number matters. But that was not the issue SK AAR was referring to, neither did the OP enquire about it.

And of course M&M removed the Ethiopian fare mapping table from their website for the sake of transparency.

Does P-class on ET earn with M&M. This has a problematic booking class for years. UA just fixed it a few months ago - used to earn NOTHING.
