It’s not up on the main site but a link floating around Reddit to apply is
https://applynow.capitalone.com/?productId=14298
Looks like they are still a bit stingy, there’s more denials than approvals being reported so far.
Still no link on the main page to apply.

I received instant (<10 seconds) approval and was given a $30K credit line. I did not complete the optional fields on the online application.
It appears that C1 pulled reports from both Experian and Trans Union. My approval document showed a slightly lower Experian FICO score than my Experian account.

I did get approved. I did not answer the last two questions about Do you carry a balance and I think also monthly spend. 20k limit. 3/24. First C1 card.

Also got instant approval and $30k limit. I answered "no" to the checks and "never" to carrying a balance. I have a trip through DFW next week, will be glad to try out the lounge!

Oddly, I applied to the Venture Card about ~2 months ago (I also have had the Quicksilver card for maybe 6 or 7 years, although I no longer use it save a monthly subscription charge) and was denied on the spot.
I applied for the Venture X today, and was instantly approved. Credit score around 770 and have probably 13 cc's, so no idea how they approve people for this new card.

Applied for this today.
830 FICO....$250k income....over $300k in outstanding credit lines (0 C1 cards).....very thick file....0/6 new accounts and 8/24 (but 0/6) for inquiries.
Denied.
No churning C1 for me, I guess. I was also denied for the regular Venture card in April of this year.

For some animalistic reason (gotta get the approval) I want to apply for this card, so badly. I'm pretty sure with my D/I ratio, no mortgage, 839+ credit score, etc I'd possibly easily be approved.
However, to be saddled with 10k spending on 1 card for 6 months to reach the 100k points, when I have very little outgoing expenditures, seems less than prudent.
The CSR takes very good care of me and my wife, and though I know some where I'm leaving money "on the table" I accept that with being loyal to Chase (they have all of my ready cash, investments, cc's.
I do wish I could apply to this card, but it just doesn't seem like a prudent move right now.
