I just got off the phone with amsx in and they had no idea about this particular gift card, they looked in their system and said there were no wow offers going out this month that they could see.
Are you sure this is for a personal US card? And it was just Olivela.com?

Possible, but someone jusf posted that they called in about it, maybe it was a few weeks ago?
I think almost every wow gift I've received I've had to call in to get since I received the card in -1999. I think the last one I received unsolicited was the Wilks Bashford one around 6 or 8 years ago. That one was great as I already shopped there for suits. Nada since.

It's the first gift card I've received in many years. Other members report gifts all the time that I don't get, so I'm sure there are a limited number and not every Cent member gets every offer. I don't think it is considered a "WOW" offer, but a gift.

As for our Canuck friends, got an email today for $500 off a $1000+ purchase (valid for approx. two week window of shopping only) at any of the following - Cartier, LV, Guerlain, Prada, MCM or Mulberry (specific locations).....I only hope they continue these stronger benefits in 2019 since some of our other benefits have been eliminated or diminished.

Is there a Wiki for this? We churned ~$500k through our AMEX Platinum Business card, but haven't seen a WOW gift. Would it come to the Primary Cardholder's mailing address or email address? That could be the issue

Centurion WOW gifts go to Centurion card holders, not Platinums. That's more likely the issue in your case than the mailing address.

USA Centurion David Yurman $1,000 gift card online or in store use. This broke up a long dry spell.
