It came in a traditional black Centurion envelope in early November and was specifically described as a $500 gift card from Olivela.com for Centurion members. My only Cent card is a US personal card. I was able to redeem it on the Olivela.com website.
It's the first gift card I've received in many years. Other members report gifts all the time that I don't get, so I'm sure there are a limited number and not every Cent member gets every offer. I don't think it is considered a "WOW" offer, but a gift.
