What is the process for Submitting a Complaint? What exactly did you say in the complaint?

Just go to customs dot custhelp dot com (Sorry can't submit an URL) and press "Problem ? complaint" actually what I wrote was very simple: I submitted the application more than 4 weeks ago and never heard back, and I have an international flight returning to LAX tomorrow and I wish if I could be able to walk in upon arrival.
next morning received a conditional approval.

Did you receive an email back? I did that and within an hour got a response that basically said that “the vetting process cannot be expedited”.

I selected this option: "My complaint/problem involves CBP’s Trusted Traveler Programs (Global Entry, NEXUS, SENTRI, GOES, etc.)"

I selected the same option. Oh well. I guess I'm just not destined to get conditional approval in the next couple of days.

In the last 15 days, my husband has received his new passport, applied for global entry, received conditional approval and has his interview scheduled for this coming Saturday. We have planned travel in a couple of months.

Definitely good luck... I posted on 8/22/18 and received my conditional approval on 8/24/18. My interview was this morning and i just received my final approval

I've browsed this site for a long time, finally registered. It seems like this thread works some magic!

I applied for GE on 8/1, still waiting for a conditional approval as of today, 8/27.

New to FT and here to add to the frustrated travelers...both the Husband and I applied for Global Entry
Husband
Applied/Paid: 7/29
Conditional Approval: 8/3
Interview: 8/17
Final Approval: 8/17 - before we even got to the car after his interview
GE Card: 8/24

Me:
Applied/Paid: 7/29
Still waiting for conditional approval. I filed a complaint on 8/21 and received a response the same day with "Please note that processing times vary by applicant, but on average you can expect your application to be processed for Global Entry and FAST within 1-2 weeks"

So I submitted a complaint on 08/25 and got a response on 08/27 saying that the processing time is "about 8 weeks". This is upsetting because there is no clear answer. Hopefully, my application can get approve sometime soon.
