App is showing a message saying to use the app, you must update to the latest version. Checked the app store and I am on the latest version.

I can log in now, but it's showing I have zero miles and zero EQMs with no recent activity. Looks like they got half of their systems back...

After trying for 18 hours, I was finally able to logon about an hour ago and go to meal selection for an upcoming transcontinental flight, LAX-JFK, in late June.

Unfortunately, those tired crab cakes are still on offer along with the Thai beef salad and the other entree selection that I cannot remember. Therefore, going "Asian Vegetarian" outbound; "Hindu" on the return.

And, the site is down again. Wonderful.

....because the onboard wine is so good.

.....because the onboard service levels are consistent.

.....because the pitch in first-class is more generous than United or Delta.

.....because it's so easy to use SWU's for significant upgrades.
