Can you add your email address? If not, I would log into your GOES account daily and see if you are conditionally approved. Give your email address to your interviewer.

I do not recall receiving an email after securing an appointment date.

It is in the Tom Bradley International Terminal. A few tips, if you are driving in, drive in via the arrival level, much less traffic, park in P3, there will more spaces, and it is easier in/out. The CBP Office is on the Departure Level. If you walk in the Departure Level of TBIT look between the 2 entrances, you will see the Travel + Leisure shop, look at the opposing side of the walkway, it faces Travel + Leisure. There are no chairs, standing room only while you wait.

Log into your account and select "Change Profile" on the left. It should allow you to add/update your email address.

Just checked, my email shows up there but not on the application itself. I am not going to worry about it too much. What happens happens. Thanks for your help though!

My guess is that you will get emails. But I would still check in a couple of times a week to be safe.

OK, even weirder, I just found my printout of my application and the email address is filled in. Though it is now blank on the website. That is a bit worrisome and odd. I am going to go through the rest of the fields and make sure that nothing else is changed.

Don't think you should be worries about the emails at all. Like I said me and wife have email on our profiles but we never got any emails even after she got her conditional approval.

At least it is promising that all applications to conditional approval timeframes has been around 7 days. That's consistency that I like.
I applied on 5/18, and have a trip on 6/17..being in SFO, I doubt I can get the process finished by then based on the appointment scheduling issues I'm reading here regarding SFO.

Conditionally approved. The site is giving appointments for SFO in late November. What a joke. I'll keep refreshing but I may just have to do an interview at ABQ or ANC or something like that. If SFO is generating that much revenue (in fees), why can't they hire more officers to interview the people that are paying to be part of the program?

So I really goofed! I've been waiting 7 days now, so I'm not at the "self-concerned" part of the process. However, I did make two errors on my application: 1) I moonlight with a second job, and I got the start date wrong by two months. 2) I received an e-mail from my rental agency listing my rental history and used that, but when I looked at my records it appears they didn't include my first year. Both of the dates are from about 9 years ago. Will this impede the conditional approval? I figured I can disclose the errors at the interview since I can't change the application now.
