Officially TRD cafe is 'Available for EBP, EBD, EBG and SAS Plus passengers ' but the rendering shows automated access gates. Those usually work for *G too, just try

There are no automated access gates at the Café Lounge at TRD. The entrance is manned by two ladies, who also do the stocking up of buns etc. I don't know about TOS, though. Haven't been to TOS after the Cafe Lounge opened.

2. There is a sign behind the bottles with what seems to be a longer explanation for what is in the carton, what did it say? Might be an interesting point to why there was a carton....

I just got back from TOS. I got access to SAS Cafe Lounge in TOS with my *Gold card. I noticed that they now have also *Gold sign in the lounge entrance, so SAS Cafe Lounge in TOS is now officially available for *Gold too, even-though it in not mentioned in the SAS web-page.

I found that the food etc. at the TRD lounge is very different from the OSL domestic lounge so I wonder which one the TOS resembles.
OSL DOM:
Newpapers (Dagbladet, Aftenposten, Dagens Nćringsliv)
Porridge, soup or hot dogs
Beer, wine, carbonated drinks
Potato chips
Fruit juices
Cookies
Coffee/tea
Vegetables with dip
Fruit (banana, apple)
TRD CAFE
NO newspapers!!!
Potato chips
Fruit juices
Cookies
Coffee/tea
Fruit (banana, apple)
Buns or similar (have been cinnamon buns once when I visited, otherwise ordinary buns with no butter, jam etc)
No wine, beer, carbonated drinks

TOS lounge furniture was same like in OSL domestic lounge but WiFi was much faster in TOS. In OSL WiFi speed was very slow.
Offerings in TOS lounge were: apples, bananas, oranges, 2 type of cookies, buns, water, 3 type of juices, coffee machine, tea. No alcoholic or carbonated drinks. No chips. So the OSL lounge has better food offerings than in TOS.

Similar to the OSL domestic lounge in (horrible) furniture, or in service offerings?

I was here 2 weeks ago and the cafe was empty and had a lounge dragon who sent everyone away by default. Really had to do some waving with boarding passes and shiny cards before I got in... Needless to say, I was the only visitor for most of the time...

I was there today. My boarding pass (WF) was marked with EBD/SK*G, but neither this, my chip or my Diners/EBD card registred on the Lounge Dragon computer. Of course I was let in (having a clearly marked boarding pass and a not-expired EBD Card). I presume that there still are issues when it comes to the EBG->EBD switch

I had the same issue in a non-SK lounge on a European airport a few weeks ago where I couldn't let in a colleague using my Diamond card but our other colleague could using his Gold card. The lounge dragon used a totally autistic approach, it wasn't on her paper so she couldn't allow it, even after showing her the EB page which clearly showed it is an elevated level above gold. Such incompetence worries me.

In my case yesterday the question wasn't whether I was eligible. The question was the IT system that in her computer didn't find my ET using neither chip nor card. And even didn't register me as eligible reading the paper boarding pass.

UA 1Ks are at times complaining in the UA forum that partner airlines don't trust their card to be truly *G. Originally black, now I believe it is white... Though I have never heard the same for NH *G cards that are also not golden

Talking about lounge access, I was refused access in BLL the other day, where the lounge dragon (general lounge, not dedicated SAS lounge) stated that SK doesn't give lounge access on domestic routes. Anyone knows more about that?

Does SK even have international denatures from BLL? Except charter flights....
