MH Enrich: crediting oneworld partner miles issues
Since MH have joined oneworld, has anyone successfully credited miles from a oneworld partner airline to Enrich? If so, how long did it take?
I took some CX flights 10 days ago, and still nothing has come through, which is sort of the long side of my expectations, given experience with various OW, star and skyteam programs. I'll give it another week and then try and find out how to retro-claim (notice, unsurprisingly, that the link "Claim Missing Miles" is not working on Enrich website).

I've had this same problem as well. I credited one segment on CX and the other with AA and I have yet to see any miles posted to my account. It's been almost 2 weeks now.

I have probably not posted this in the correct thread? Could a moderator/administrator move this post to the appropriate thread? Thanks!
Has anyone had any experience crediting RJ flights to MH FFP (Enrich), recently?
I flew RJ in D class HKG-BKK-AMM-IST on Feb. 24/25, so almost one month ago, but the miles have not yet been credited to my Enrich account.
I did make sure my MH FFP no. is in the system (it appears clearly mentioned on my RJ boarding passes), but it did not help. About two weeks after my flight I wrote to [email protected], sending copies of my RJ boarding passes and my RJ booking confirmation: no reply or even a simple acknowledgement of my email having been received. Then I wrote to the other enrich email address: [email protected]. Again, with copies of boarding passes and booking confirmation. Still nothing.
Anyone having had a similar experience with RJ flights or other OW credited to MH?
I am concerned as I will fly CX in two days and I intended to credit my miles to MH, but now I am wondering if maybe I should credit my CX flights to AA or BA...
(I must say: I have taken a few MH flights in the past few weeks and for all those flights the miles posted to my MH account promptly: within 24-36 hours after each flight.)

RJ flights not credited to Enrich after four weeks

I flew JAL SIN-NRT, NGO-NRT, HND-SIN.
SIN-NRT & NGO-NRT posted approximately 3 weeks after flight.
HND-SIN is still missing for over 6 weeks now, despite a claim sent in 2 weeks ago.
On a side note, sometimes it takes me 3 months for my MH flights to post into my account. It's a slow and painful process with MH, just get used to it.

I'm a month down the track and none of my CX flight crediting to MH yet either. Haven't yet submitted retro-claim yet, website seems to indicate send it by snail mail, and not home to do that yet. Maybe there is a problem with mismatch in name as our corporate TA always books my flights as SURNAME / FIRSTMIDDLEMR where as MH have my first and middle names separate (ie with space in between).
OT, my AA flights taken two weeks ago haven't credited to BA yet either (although first flight on the same itinerary posted within 10 days).

28 days after my claim for missing miles having flown RJ, I have got a reply from Enrich, asking for some more proof that I have actually taken the flights I claimed miles for. And they did not ask me to submit the documents by snail mail to their office, but just to scan them and email them to Enrich - which I did.
Now I'm hoping I will actually get my missing miles, although it would probably take another 28 days...
Anyway, at least they no longer require boarding passes and payment receipts to be physically sent to their office.

MH flights on 28th/29th/31st March and 01 April, all auto-posted to my CX MPC on 05 April, alongwith the bonus miles.
I'd reckon that the MH-CX system interface works like AA-CX's with a weekly (?) batch processing.

It seems that MH flights are crediting OK to other programs (I've heard of others crediting their MH flights to QF as well, and was OK). The problems seems to be other one world carriers crediting into MH Enrich program. FWIW, my CX flights still haven't appeared, and my partner who took flights three weeks ago has the same problem - no crediting either.

While my recent CX flights got credited straight away after my trip, my prior MH flight didn't get credited and I had to claim missing miles on the enrich website for them to get credited. This was in spite of me booking the MH ticket on MH website and having entered my enrich FF number.
