Here I got a nice shot at Sky Harbor last 2 weeks ago. I saw US Airways plane is at the gate. I saw N808AW is at gate A4. That is my plane. I flew on N808AW last December 2011.

A few from a recent trip

My first time photographing planes at the new Intl Terminal (ATL)

Love the contrast here (EWR)

The usual lineup (CLT)

My favorite: the very technological way US directs you to your CRJ at gate E38 at CLT

On a recent DTW->IAD-SFO return trip, I was initially grumping about having to take the "moon bus" from A to D at IAD and the rapidly shrinking window I had to make an already tight connection when we drove past this Air France A380. We got a nice circle around it as it had just pushed back and was waiting for ground crew (and us) to get the heck out of the way so it could taxi out of the alley.

I will never complain about having to take an inter-terminal shuttle again

LH-744("Thuringen") right behind us as my flight, UA 975 (IAD->SFO), lines up and waits on 19L at IAD.

Jet'Dillo, I definitely agree with you, some of the best spotting at IAD and resulting photography can be done from those moon buggies.

The original pic has the tail... due to Flyertalk size limit restrictions on upload side I had to shrink a bit

There is no restrictions. You can allowed to upload a large picture next time. You don't have to shrink the size.
