I agree with the SW this quarter, looks good to me. I will be going back and forth between Hilton and Marriott to get a few SW rewards and also max out the Delta 60k deal.

Is rate code PR09SW flagged inadvertently or intentionaly?
Dear HHonorsRepresentative:
As you know, Hilton heavily announced in 12/09 & 1/10 a promotional prepaid and non-refundable rate (code: PR09SW). This rate offers savings for (weekend) stays throughout the year. Nevertheless this rate was sometimes more expensive than other promotional rates which are excluded from QX offers. I am positive that a significant number of member of this BB opted for "January Sales Rate" because this rate is combinable with QX offers.
As HHonors announced Q1/10 offer at the beginning of 2010, you informed us that "January Sales Rate" was inadvertently included on the SRP exclusion list. The rate in question was also not flagged in Q2/10 offer.
Unfortunately "January Sales Rate" is not combinable with Q3/10 offer. If rate code PR09SW was again inadvertently included on the SRP exclusion list please work with the appropriate parties to have this removed from the exclusion list.
In any case be so kind and clarify.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. You are correct, the January Sale and the Q3 offer are combinable. This SRP was inadvertently included in the SRP exclusions list. We are working on it now to have it updated.
Again, thank you for the feedback. It's greatly appreciated.

Not that I have any January Sale booked, but I appreciate avoiding numerous pages of speculation and member experiences on this topic.

Hilton Arlington participation?
Hilton Arlington is listed as a non-participating hotel.
Is this Hilton Arlington, VA, Hilton Arlington, TX, or both?
With upcoming stays I would be interested in a clarification.

I'm not sure what the code is for the "Great Getaway" that's now available, but I don't see a description on the list of excluded codes that sound like it. I just booked a room using this rate (which is non-refundable) so I hope it counts.

I appreciate HHonors Representative starting this official thread. Made the link to register much easier to find (I think I must have accidentally deleted the email sent to me).
I registered a couple of days ago and was lamenting the fact that I had a couple of stays that occurred after the beginning of the promational period, but I wasn't able to register prior to the stays (was out of the country without Internet access). Fortunately, the points for one of my stays hadn't posted yet and I registered about twelve hours before the points posted -- the double points promotion was included in the posted points. Didn't think it would work since I didn't register before the stay began. Lucky for me, since I registered before the points posted, the promotion was still applied for that stay. Yay for me!
