That could be. I did have Lyft paired with my account but do not have Uber. I have only taken 2 Lyft's ever though so it's not like I would be a high volume customer.

Definitely check back with the Plat line after the storm clears. Hopefully they get it taken care of. Sometimes it is easier to get it fixed on the front end rather than after the flight.
