Booking ref query

Haven't flown SAS for a very very long time so I made a reservation through SAS.dk. The booking ref is only 5 letters/digits instead of the "normal" 6. This causes problems when I'm trying to log on to Amadeus driven web sites to check seating etc...

What to do?

Cheerio

With the 5-letter code I think you can find your booking here: http://www.flysas.com/en/Generic/Services/Find-booking/

Good luck

Doesn't help me very much though if I want to use checkmytrip.com

I haven't seen a PNR consisting of 5 digits before only 6...

The 5 digit locator is for the airlines internal reservation system, in this case SAS and ResAid. Checkmytrip is the web interface for the Amadeus reservation system only.
Was it not possible to pull up on the SAS site?

^ Thanks SK_RSJ

Yes, it was possible to pull it from SAS's own site, but as I was not aware of the differences I found it strange as I seriously thought the 5 digit booking ref was usable on checkmytrip.

Anyhow, basically I was trying to check if I could see if my seat had been assigned and which seat it was. As I no longer hold any kind of status with SAS I guess I'll probably get the worst seat in the house

Thanks again for clarifying
