Thought it would be fun to find out some nice stories here. Given that this is the forum where to find the most experienced flyers I am sure there are a lot of stories out there...

I would like to share one. Eaven though it was not an SK.
It was Curacao-Amsterdam KLM earlier this year with a some collegues. one of my collegues could not find his passport when boarding at the gate (he did have at the checkin). He was still allowed onboard but the gate contacted Amsterdam immigration.
Once oboard he was really bothered and nervous about what was ahead. Then another one of my collegues had noticed a guy standing next to him at the loo prior to bording. We found this guy sitting only a few rows behind us. My collegue then went over to him. We where at this point allready airbourne.
He kindly asked the guy if had accidently found a passport... The guy then said no but started shaking and wiggling his eybrow. My collegue (he has a bad temperament) clearly noticed that something was not right. So, he raised his voice insisted that he should see a plastic bag that the guy kept looking at. (At this point several passengers around where all following what was going on)
My collegue then just grabbed the bag from him.... And found his passport along with one other and also two wallets!!

He then ran over to an FA and explained what had happened. Several police officers where waiting after landing and my collegue had to stay to give his statements. The theif was handcuffed and taken away...
