I have used the novia lounge as well as the search function of FT. A simple search of 'novia' yields a list of informative threads.

The Novia lounge does not have showers and has only basic food (cold cuts, bread, etc.) - I have never seen a charge. It kind of s**ks, frankly. I usually don't even bother to climb the stairs to get there.
