JFK-CPH !?
I was browsing www.sascargo.com and saw this:
On September 5, 2003, SAS Cargo will resume freighter operations between New York/JFK and Copenhagen.
Operating with a Boeing 747F, this new line offers improved cargo service and capacity to Scandinavia. With the freighter, SAS Cargo can take care of odd-sized cargo and cargo with "shipper unknown" which can not be accommodated on passenger flights.

I tried to see if I could make a booking on SAS and the flight never showed up. It kept trying to put me on a UA codeshare JFK-EWR-CPH. I wasn't even aware SAS operated any 747's. This seems like a limited-time, unique opportunity to fly on a SAS 747!
