Is EBG/EBS being extended a year?

Is SAS/EuroBonus extending status for a year like many other FF programs?

What are people's experiences so far?

I've read in other SAS topics that EuroBonus has started doing this.

I don't think I'll make 100K status miles this year (my year ends June 30th) but I should come close. And I've had to do it the 'hard' way - almost all the travel being private.

Lets hope so, I will not reach the 60000 this year.
Interesting that they seems to have offered this to rishab

"and i rather like the fact that SAS extended my EBG for an extra year though i didn't fly much on *A last year - "due to special circumstances". i guess many airlines are doing this.

fwiw in india EBG required 60k points, and in the netherlands it requires 55k.
