Points needed for Gold?
According to previous discussion here the requirement for Gold status for a US resident is 55k per year. However, a friend of mine who recently moved from Sweden to the US told me that her statement now says she needs 90k for Gold (as opposed to 100k in Sweden). Is this a new rule or is it some kind of "transition effect" because she has had addresses in different countries during the same qualifying period? Will it remain at 90k? For how long?
