Website booking HELP

I'm trying to book a longhaul SK flight, but when I enter my passenger name and contact details it returns an error, asking me to remove any Scandinavian characters from my name.

Well there aren't any.

So how can I get past this stupid page and actually book and pay for my ticket?

Or would SAS just prefer me to head off to Orbitz and book there

Why don't you give SAS internet support a call. They will be able to book your ticket if there is an error. You will find the phone No. at the SAS web-page.

May I recommend the online chat feature, works great, seems to be very experienced operators every time I have tried it:

=D=D=D Well, but the thing is that for example the Estonian Internet support number is some kind of random number, when I tried to call it, then once I managed to even get somebody to answer, and then one voice said that it is a number of an apartment and not SAS... and ever since the number on the web is still the same even after making a complaint to SAS about that...
