Finding complete fare rules....

My TA have booked a SK trip for me that shows up as being a "J Class" booking. I've asked my TA for all rules applicable for this fare (in particular stopovers, etc..) - but the explanation is not to my satisfaction (not that I don't like the answer, but the TA is not able to provide all applicable rules). Is there any website were I can find these rules based on either the Amadeus reservation code or SK reference no? Any input is appreciated.

do you know your fare basis? if you do you should be able to find that basis in the KVS tool and get teh fare rules from there.

Your TA shuld definately be able to tell you the fare basis! And should be able to send you the complete fare rule as well. They will have to cut and paste the text in to a e-mail...

Unless it happens to be a negoiated fare. I often fly ARN-LHR on BA using Y class tickets. The full set of fare rules are "secret" but at least I know that I can rebook/refund up to departure.

Sk also has negotiated fares that you cannot look up in normal GDS. These can be spotted if you have a ticket where it says "IT" under FARE. SK however adds the line 'for conditions refer to GG SK AIR GERMANY' in the endorsement box. I've stood at a LH counter for ages while a LH ticket agent read thru all of the text under GG SK xxxx to find out if the fare allowed a stopover in ARN.

If you have a negotiated IT fare, SK/LH ticket agents don't want to touch your C/J tickets with a 10 foot pole. I get my TA to add "changes allowed" to the usual 'SK only/No rerouting' text in the box. That helps quite a bit.

I've had a similar issue with IT-priced tickets on SQ; the TA will handily give me the fare basis (and that should be done on all tickets as it's a part of the contract of the sale), but SQ won't touch and the TA claims this is a load of manure from SQ. After some gentle poking back SQ usually will otuch bokings and alter reservations as usual.
