Would a country sales manager ever say to in-country media that a new route is selling poorly? (I too am a bit hesitant to take sales people peddling their wares at face value.)
I think this route will do well seasonally, and I'm going to use it to get from CPH to EZE (and SCL if sent) via ATL.

I was thinking the same thing: No one would say, "no, we are not selling very well" except SAS.....
UA leaves 9:48PM IAD-EZE, a long wait if you are connecting from CPH/SK925, leaves CPH 12:20PM arrives IAD 3PM
DL leaves CPH at 11AM, gets in to ATL at 2:55PM, ATL-EZE leaves at 8:45PM.
So EZE could definately work, but as *flyer i dread DL Economy.....
