US Website Problems

Has anyone else been experiencing problems with the US booking site today?

I have been trying all day to price and book a flight (from different computers), and it won't even let me properly select a departure city or destination. It obviously won't provide an itinerary for me either.

It has been highly frustrating.

Welcomce to joys of SAS IT.

While that specific issue may be a temporary one - the incompetence of SAS IT is unfortunately not

I will also say if you're not flying out of a SK gateway city (SEA, ORD, EWR, IAD), fares are cheaper 99.9% of the time if you call instead of using the website.

So true. SAS IT and the website is so erratic so often that it causes me to book away generally.

This is still frustrating.

Mobissimo is finding the cheapest fare for my itinerary on scandinavian.net. But it keeps changing my "Market" from the US to SE after I select my departure city.

That is what i have found out to. I fly out of ORF and there is never any cheap flights on the website out of Orf. When I call SAS they give me a different price on the flights I found online.

Call SAS.

We just dealt with this again today -- with the phone booking being cheaper than online. I am happy that money was saved; I am just not thrilled that the best fares seem unavailable online.
