Refund after adding leg flight
Hi
The other week I booked LHR - SFO and SFO - CPH.
When I called in and added a leg flight CPH - LHR the agent said the taxes would be recalculated automatically, since this would remove the initial air passenger duty.
It’s now been a 1,5 weeks since. Is the refund just taking time or should I call back?
Best regards,
J

Full Flex J gets refunded in 2-3 days to my AMEX when I cancel. SK usually processes those payments quicker than the 10 business days or so they advise. One of the few things they do better/quicker than their competitors.
