Wrong duration on website
Hi all.
I want to send this to SAS but i cant find any email to send it too. If anyone here wants to inform SAS please do.
I was looking at going on the inaugural SAS flight from CPH-GOH. And that will likely happen. But the duration on the flights cant be correct. The times i believe are correct, but the duration calculation is off. According to my calculations, taking the time difference into calculation it should be 5.05hrs CPH -GOH and 4.40hrs GOH-CPH.
Has anyone seen similar with other routes?

Corrected for a sleepy mind.
I think they have miscalculated the time zone.
For my upcoming return flight from Iceland they had literally forgotten the time difference, and had change the arrival time by two hours. In this case they only miscalculated the duration.

I have noticed the same (and done nothing about it either).
If you click on the (i), it shows the correct duration. In the app, it shows the wrong one. On the new website it's correct. In the booking confirmation email, it's wrong. In the PDF confirmation it's correct. When you click "add to calendar", it's wrong.

Ive sent it to SAS via their support chat. It wasn't easy to get through to a real person, but once i did, they agreed it was wrong, and they would forward to the appropriate department.
So lets see if they manage to fix it.

I also have tickets for CPH-GOH and did indeed notice this discrepancy. But Im used to to the myriad of mistakes and errors on SK webpages, so it never occurred to me to contact SK about it. Surely, you can spend a lifetime calling SK about the errors and only correct a small part of them ?
As for seeing this for other routes: Last time they updated the webpages, they couldnt correctly display the time zones for domestic connections in the US. I had a flight connecting from Mountain to Pacific time zone and it was recorded as 2H20M in one direction and 0H20M in the other !!
