Compensation?
Had a flight booked directly to IAD. SK canceled it a few months ago (very poor rerout handling automatically btw, had to call and ask for something reasonsble).
Rerouted through EWR, short connection, not the best.
Get to CPH and a miracle - see flight to IAD back on. Still over 1 hr to departure.
Ask to be moved back (full disclosure - asked at the IAD flight gate, did have bags checked but they were definitely not loaded yet)
Denied (pretty rude agent too but that's beside the point, they can be rude as long as the job is done). Being EBD did not help a bit.
Yes, may be I should have been checking for the flight coming back - lesson in SK gotchas.
Anyway - any case for compensation here?

I don't see comp happening. You accepted a rebooking, and unless that was within 14 days, then you are not owed anything.
