The TL;DR is:
- If your flight is not to or from the US or Canada, the baggage rules of the Most Significant Carrier apply - that is the carrier that operates the geographically longest or most significant stretch of the journey (most likely Lufthansa in your case)
- If your origin or final destination is the US or Canada, the baggage rules of the first listed carrier generally apply (SAS in your case)

Check your ticket, that will clearly state the allowed allowance, which will be followed by SAS during checkin.
