Expiring SAS Eurobonus Miles
Small balance, no relevant travel plans in the immediate future.
How do you keep them alive?
Is there anything worthwhile to do with them?
Thanks!

What is a "small balance"? 500, 5000 or 50000 points?
The only way to keep your points alive is to climb up the tier ladder and become a Diamond member before your points expire.
And to answer your last question we need again to know your current balance.

Check the Eurobonus shop. There are not many reasonable options for your points I assume.
Maybe some language course for your phone or simply donate your points (can be done in the shop).

If you live in Sweden you can convert your points to COOP points for your grocery.

When do miles expire? The SAS website doesn't make this clear (or I couldn't find this).

The miles are valid 5 years, sort of. The miles I have earned during my qualifying period so far in 2019, expires at the end of my qualifying year in 2024. Unless you are Diamond or Pandion, then there is no expiry while you have the status, and you get 5 years validity from the point you drop below the status.
