How do I calculate ęarning basic points on Star Alliance carriers?

I find the Eurobonus quite confusing. Can you help me how to calculate, e.g. MUC-YYZ on AC class E or CHI-FRA on LH class E? How much points can be earned and how do a claculate? Is it based on the miles distance? Thanks a lot

Miles distance, and then the multiplier mentioned for the booking class from the SK website.

www.gcmap.com will give you the distance to use.

MUC-YYZ is 4138 miles, multiplier is 150% for Lufhsnsa biking class E. Normally SK rounds up to nearest hundred. So 4200*1.5,=6300 basic points

This does It work for European short haul which is on fixed points

That is not just EB but basically all *A or even all bigger alliance FFPs
With *A it is important to know that the carrier you fly defines the points earning, not the marketing carrier. So with codeshares it tends to be not simple to calculate the earning since booking classes often do not map1:1.
