I know OP wants to use PP but I was replying to Kauppias comment if there's any lounge after security at CPH. There's an app called lounge buddy and they sell lounge access - even LH SEN lounges which are not supposed to be able to "buy" your access. It looks legit.

There are no lounges at all past passport control, not just PP. Not sure what SAS was thinking there?
I've done the SFO flight a few times from CPH and I've also done Russia. I would give yourself 15-20 minutes to get through as a US passport holder. So you should probably head there an hour before the actually departure of the flight. It's really not too bad.
