There are no lounges at all past passport control, not just PP. Not sure what SAS was thinking there?

I've done the SFO flight a few times from CPH and I've also done Russia. I would give yourself 15-20 minutes to get through as a US passport holder. So you should probably head there an hour before the actually departure of the flight. It's really not too bad.

There is a lounge past passport control, and it even has a walk-in option at around 180DKK. Though admittedly it has only been there for 6 months or less.
