It's a Danish airline with HQ in Snderborg. http://www.cimber.com/
There is plenty of info on this forum about Cimber, but I think we need to know what kind of info you are looking for?

Nice airline, nice staff but pretty crappy planes. No business class on their 737's as far as I know.

I would say, Tel Aviv will be tough experience.

Cimber is really 3-4 different things from a travelers point of view. The group is called Cimber Sterling Group A/S a merger of regional operator Cimber and bankruptcy leisure/low cost airline Sterling.

One thing is the flights on behalf of SAS. SAS rules, points, SK-numbers, service and cabin classes (Y, Y+ and C).

A second thing is the domestic/regional service with good old Cimber. Mostly ATRs.

A third thing, which is what you are going to experience, is the old Sterling with typically low cost airlines routes and (lack of) service. Mostly 737s.
Officially there is no difference between the latter two. All are under QI codes. All have one class cabins.

A fourth thing, which I am not sure about, is pure charter operations for leisure travel groups.
