True Sake

San Francisco is home to the year-old True Sake (at 560 Hayes St.), the first retail shop in the U.S. devoted entirely to premium sake, including seasonal varieties available as soon as they’re released.

It doesn't hurt to check out the Sho Chiku Bai factory/tasting room in Berkeley for a quick education on what you are drinking and how it is made, and how the styles/types differ. I'll have to check out that place on Hayes. (Is it where the wine shop that recently closed is located?)
