The Grove

The Grove
2250 Chestnut Street

The Grove was recommended as a “Little Wonder Restaurant of North America” (cheap yet worthwhile place to dine) by Frommer’s travel mag. “locals hang at this airy Marina spot serving $10 three-course light meals”

The Grove can be a little pretentious, so dine with caution. While it does have a laid back feel and the meals are simple, in my experience the Marina location tends to have a little too much attitude for my liking. There is another location on Fillmore Street, just below California Street.
