Which check-in counter for UA award departing on BR?

If your first flight is operated by BR, check in with them. If they have a flight departing at 1AM, it sure would be silly of them to close their counter before their bag drop deadline.

You could expect that the counter will open approximately 3 hours prior to flight time. That's been my general experience most places when I'm flying on a 1 flight a day type carrier at a particular airport.

Always checkin with the operating carrier of the first flight. It doesn't really matter who issued the ticket.
