What to do with hotspex points?

I was not paying attention to hotspex back in August as I was abroad and suddenly found out that they have discontinued the relationship with points.com

Are Hotspex points worth anything now? What would you suggest to do with them?
thank you.

Nothing you can do with them now... I'd suggest to donate or wait undefinitely for them to change the program.

There doesn't seem to be any new program although Hotspex in August said there would be one coming soon. Ha! I no longer do any surveys.. not worth my time just to make money for the hotspex owners! They give nothing but a chance to win something or make a miniscule donation to a charity. I too have some bux but haven't done anything with them.

Same here

I have an account with about 1,000 stranded points in it also. I have stopped filling out any more surveys until they get around to finally coming up with something worth cashing them in for.

For the last few months, every time I get a survey, I hit reply and say that I am not filling out any more surveys until they let me know what I can cash their points in for. I go on to say that their sweepstakes don't cut it for me.

Don't hold your breath!!

Hi Loomis,

Our new Xchange program (which will let you trade in your BUX for items you want) is in the works. After further reviews of our progress, we anticipate a new program exchange in early 2010. We are working as fast as we can to have it ready as soon as possible. We have been making a lot of progress within the past week. We anticipate it being ready in late March.

Best Regards,

xxxxxxxxxxxx

Late March (emphasis mine)!!
