The biggest flaw I see is being unable to spend points anywhere other than in-store. Boots is no longer an emporium of small electrical, audio, TV, LPs and (increasingly) photographics. The customer is obvioulsy pointed to boots.com for many of these but redemption is impossible.
Now that I can't repeat having a credit of 42,000 points from the bootsphones.com division, it's maybe not so important but the scheme lacks the potential for an aspirational redemption target or two.
42,000 points do, of course go a long way at Chrimbo(es) with well judged 3for2 range purchases...
Renewing links with Phones4u's cashback contract phones would be great!

As this has had a decent run, I am now going to move it over to the engagingly named S.P.A.M forum. A redirect will be left behind in the BA forum for anyone who wants to continue the discussion
