Mypoints to United question

Mypoints to United question
I don't have a US adress but used mypoints with a fake adress and transfered the points to Hilton without anyproblem. With Hilton gone, I want to transfer mypoints to United. Does mypoints transfer the points direct to United or do they sent any kind of voucher by mail?

Points are credited directly to the United account. (I believe that at one time, UAL was at least a part owner of MyPoints, but they may have gotten rid of their ownership interest at some point.)

That's my understanding also. I transferred points 2 weeks ago, and it took 5 days to post to my United account.

For those who may have seen the recent thread that stated that MyPoints no longer offered the 5000 point for 2500 UA mile reward, the reward is again available. The thread was moved to the UA Forum from SPAM, but I thought I would also mention this here in case some of you did not see it in the UA Forum.
I was able to cash in 5000 points for my wife for 2500 UA miles yesterday.
