Frequent Parking Program at MIA, etc.
I hope this is the right area for this thread....
Does anyone else on this board use the frequent airport parking program provided by the Airport Fast Park locations at BWI, MIA, AUS, MCO, CVG, RDU, etc? I've been a member since December 2007 at the MIA branch but I've never been able to access my (supposed) on-line account. I've sent a number of messages over the past month to the e-mail address provided on the website asking for logon assistance. I've heard back from a marketing dude each time. He indicates that they've had "unavoidable technical issues" and cannot provide the requested assistance so call back later. An entire month of "technical issues...?" Huh?
If you're a member of this frequent parking program, have you been able to access your on-line account - ever?
